PTDC Honors Asmar for Contributions to Tourism Promotion

Islamabad: The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) has officially recognized the remarkable contributions of renowned photographer Muhammad Asmar Hussain in promoting tourism in Pakistan through his captivating photography.
With 16 years of experience, Asmar has made a significant impact in the field, particularly in the northern regions of Pakistan, where he has effectively showcased the country’s rich tourism potential on an international scale, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

His work has gained recognition in prestigious platforms, including National Geographic and Hilal Magazine, making him the only Pakistani whose photos have been featured on the front page of National Geographic’s YourShot.
Asmar has also received several accolades for his exceptional work, including the Photographer of the Year Award in Russia and the 1st Prize in the PTDC All Pakistan International Mountains Day Award.
