PSX Records Bearish Trend, Drops 282 Points

Islamabad:The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bearish trend on Wednesday, with the KSE-100 Index dropping by 282.88 points (0.31%), closing at 92,021.44 points.

Trading volume increased to 889.17 million shares, with a total value of Rs 30.47 billion. Among active stocks, Bank of Punjab led with 88.68 million shares at Rs 6.21 per share, followed by Cnergyico PK and Power Cement.

Top gainers included Unilever Pakistan Foods, up Rs 233.34 to close at Rs 18,900.67, while Pakistan Tobacco Company and Rafhan Maize Products recorded the biggest declines.
