Police Finalise Security Plan for Bar Elections

Rawalpindi: Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Malik Tariq Mehboob on Saturday visited various locations to review security arrangements for the District Bar Association Rawalpindi elections.

During the visit, the SSP directed police officers to ensure foolproof security, emphasizing that sub-divisional police officers (SDPOs) and station house officers (SHOs) were personally supervising the arrangements.

The elections are being held at the Old Katchery Rawalpindi, Tehsil Katchery Taxila, Tehsil Katchery Gujar Khan, Tehsil Katchery Kahuta and Tehsil Katchery Kallar Syedan.

SSP Malik Tariq Mehboob said all possible measures were being taken to maintain law and order and ensure peaceful polling during the elections.
