Police Crackdown on Drug Dealers in Murree

Murree: Murree police arrested two drug dealers and seized a substantial quantity of hashish as part of an ongoing anti-drug campaign directed by the Punjab Chief Minister.

According to DPO Murree Asif Amin Awan, the operations were led by ASI Satti and his team.

In the first operation, police arrested a drug dealer and recovered 510 grams of hashish from his possession. In a subsequent operation, another drug dealer was apprehended with 1,070 grams of hashish. Separate cases have been registered against the accused.

DPO Awan emphasized that the crackdown on drug dealers would continue and reaffirmed the police’s commitment to implementing the Punjab Chief Minister’s vision of a drug-free region.
