PM Shehbaz lauds forces for killing seven terrorists

Dushanbe: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday lauded the country’s security forces for successfully eliminating seven terrorists during recent operations targeting the Khawarij in North Waziristan and Chitral.
Currently on the final leg of his four-nation visit in Dushanbe, the prime minister expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Lieutenant Daniyal Ismail, Naib Subedar Kashif Raza, Lance Naik Fiaqat Ali, and Sepoy Muhammad Hameed, who laid down their lives in the line of duty during the operations.
Offering prayers for the departed souls, PM Shehbaz also extended his condolences to their families, wishing them patience and strength in this difficult time.
The prime minister reaffirmed that the sacrifices made by the martyrs for Pakistan’s security would not be in vain and vowed that the nefarious plans of terrorists would be foiled. He emphasized that terrorists would have to pay a heavy price for targeting innocent civilians and damaging their properties.
“We will soon eliminate the scourge of terrorism. The enemies of Pakistan will never succeed in their evil designs. The government and the security forces are fully committed to eradicating terrorism from the country,” he added.
