PHA Opens Lower Topa Park for Public

Rawalpindi: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Rawalpindi has opened the newly constructed Lower Topa Park in Murree for the general public, offering state-of-the-art recreational facilities in a scenic hilly setting.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif shared images and a video of the park on her X account, praising PHA Rawalpindi for developing the recreational site. She highlighted that the park would become a prime attraction for both locals and tourists.

PHA Director General Ahmad Hasan Ranjha stated that Lower Topa Park, located approximately 68 kilometers from Rawalpindi and Islamabad, is set in a lush green area and has already gained significant popularity even before its official opening.

According to Ranjha, PHA, under the vision of the Punjab chief minister, is committed to providing quality recreational facilities and promoting environmental preservation and tourism. The Authority also plays a key role in combating smog and enhancing green spaces across the region.
