Petroleum Products Prices Slashed in Country

Islamabad: In a recent notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, reductions in the prices of petroleum products have been declared.

As per the official notification, the price of petrol has been slashed by Rs 5.45, bringing the new rate to Rs 288.49 per litre.

Moreover, the price of high-speed diesel will witness a decrease of Rs 8.42, resulting in a new price of Rs 281.96 per litre.

Kerosene prices have also been revised downwards by Rs 8.74, while the price of light diesel will see a reduction of Rs 5.63 per litre.

Additionally, the levy of Rs 60 per litre on both petrol and diesel remains unchanged.

The Ministry of Finance has confirmed that these new prices will come into effect from 12 pm, offering relief to consumers across the nation.
