Paul Mwazha, Founder of African Apostolic Church, Dies at 107

Archbishop Paul Mwazha, revered clergyman and founder of the African Apostolic Church (VaApostora veAfrica), has died at the age of 107.

The church confirmed his passing on Thursday after a prolonged illness.

In an official statement, African Apostolic Church General Secretary Bishop Jeshua Mhizha announced the news, saying:

“It is with deep sorrow that we inform you that our Archbishop, Paul Mwazha of Africa, has passed away today, November 20, 2025. He has departed from us, but in spirit we remain together with him.”

The church said further details and official announcements will be released in due course.

“Kudzai Jehovah, Kudzai Jehovah,” the statement concluded.
