Partly Cloudy Weather For KP

Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicted mainly partly cloudy weather and dry weather in most parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces, respectively, over the next 24 hours.

The Met Office stated that a few isolated light showers and thunderstorms are also expected in Chitral, Dir, Malakand, Buner, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Peshawar, Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur and Kurram districts. Gusty winds are also predicted in isolated places of KP for the following 24 hours.

National Agromet Centre (NAC) has also advised farmers to stay informed about weather variations and how they affect crops. In southern KP, above-average rainfall is anticipated during the month of March as opposed to normal rainfall during the month of April, per NAC statistics.

PMD forecasted dry weather with temperatures above than normal in most parts of the Sindh province during the next 24 hours. Mainly, high temperature is likely to prevail in the province.
