Pak’s Sania Alam Earned ‘Brain of the Year’ Award

Islamabad: Pakistani educator Sania Alam is awarded the prestigious ‘Brain of the Year’ award by the UK Brain Trust for her achievements in improving global mental literacy, refining education through super-learning and unlocking the vast capacity of the human brain.

The award was presented by the Trust Chairman and Grand Chess master Raymond Keene OBE in a ceremony held in Soho, London on Saturday.

Each year the ‘Brain of the Year’ award is presented as the highest accolade from the Brain Trust to world’s best thinkers and high achievers. The Brain Trust was founded in 1990 by the inventor of Mind Maps, Tony Buzan.

Alam is one of the 33 members of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Council of Pakistan, a government initiative under the Kamyab Jawan programme to involve youth in the formulation of policy.

Sania has a lot of achievements to her name.She is the talented coach of the team who successfully won the World Memory, World Speed Reading and World Mind Mapping Championships along with 4 Guinness World Records. In 2022 Alam was awarded Youth Excellence Award by Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif.

In 2021 she received Lifetime Achievement Award by President of United States Joe Biden as well as made it to Foreign Minister’s Honors List 2021.

With the primary goal of assisting people in realising their full cognitive potential and how to have the best possible human experience, Alam runs Futuristic Learning institute in a number of countries, including Pakistan and the USA. She teaches executives from international corporations and businesses how to use super-learning to maximise performance and growth.
