Pakistan’s First-Ever Data Fest on October 20-21

Islamabad: The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) is set to host its inaugural Data Fest on October 20-21 at the Pak China Friendship Center.
The event aims to unite data producers and users across various sectors to drive innovation, enhance collaboration, and promote data-driven decision-making.
PBS Spokesperson Muhammad Sarwar Gondal described the Data Fest 2024 as a pivotal platform for data exchange. “The event will serve as a marketplace for data, showcasing the benefits of data integration and visualization, while promoting data literacy and innovation,” Gondal said.
The Data Fest will bring together a diverse group of experts, policymakers, innovators, and stakeholders to leverage data for national development.
Attendees will have the chance to engage in keynote presentations, panel discussions, and explore innovative data products and services. The event will also offer networking opportunities with both global and national leaders in the field.
