Asjad Iqbal triumphed over Ali Alobaidli with a score of 4-1 (21-29, 45-30, 41-32, 66-0 (66), 47-0) in the Asian 6 Red Championship.

In other Day 2 matches, Awais Munir of Pakistan defeated Mekded Tagi of Kuwait 4-0 (43-09, 43-06, 29-15, 72-0 (72)), while his compatriot Ahsan Ramzan received a walkover victory of 3-0 against Hussain Aqeel of Bahrain.
