Pakistan Women’s Cricket Squad Heads to Asia Cup

Karachi:The Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team departed from Jinnah International Airport in Karachi to Colombo via Dubai on Tuesday to participate in the Asia Cup.

The team will play their first match in the tournament against arch-rivals India in Dambulla on 19 July.

The Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team squad includes:

Nida Dar (captain), Alia Riaz, Diana Baig, Fatima Sana, Gul Feroza, Iram Javed, Muniba Ali, Najiha Alvi, Nashera Sindhu, Umima Sohail, Sadia Iqbal, Sidra Amin, Aroob Shah, Tasmia Rabab, and Touba Hasan.

The team is confident and well-prepared, aiming to perform exceptionally in the Asia Cup. With a blend of experienced players and young talent, they are hopeful of making a significant impact in the tournament.
