Pakistan Hits Militant Bases in Kabul, Nangarhar:Tarar

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Armed Forces carried out precision airstrikes under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq on the night of March 16, targeting militant-linked installations in Kabul and Nangarhar, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said on Monday.
In a statement shared on social media platform X, the minister said the strikes successfully hit facilities allegedly used by the Afghan Taliban regime to support militant activities.
In Kabul, two sites were targeted, where technical infrastructure and ammunition storage facilities were destroyed. He noted that secondary explosions observed after the strikes indicated the presence of large ammunition depots.
In Nangarhar, four sites linked to militant operations were struck, including logistics hubs, ammunition depots, and technical support infrastructure.
Tarar emphasized that the operations were conducted with precision, focusing solely on installations associated with militant proxies, including Fitna Al Khawarij and Fitna Al Hindustan. He added that released footage corroborates the nature of the targeted sites.
Rejecting what he termed as “Taliban propaganda,” the minister said such narratives cannot mislead either the Afghan people or the international community regarding alleged support for militancy in the region.
He further stated that operations under Ghazab Lil Haq would continue until Pakistan achieves its objective of safeguarding its citizens from terrorism.
