Pakistan Clinches T20 Series Victory Over Ireland

Islamabad: Pakistan clinched the series 2-1 after a convincing victory over Ireland in the third T20 match held in Dublin.
Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s partnership was the highlight, marking the 10th century partnership between them.
Captain Babar Azam led from the front with a blistering innings of 75 runs, smashing 6 fours and 5 sixes. Rizwan contributed with a solid 56 off 38 balls.
Saif Badar chipped in with 14 runs before his dismissal, while Azam Khan remained unbeaten with 18 runs.
Mark Adair was the standout bowler for Ireland, dismissing 3 players, while Craig Young claimed 1 wicket.
Winning the toss, Pakistan’s skipper Babar Azam opted to bowl first in the decisive match.
Lorcan Tucker was the top performer for Ireland, scoring an impressive 73 off 41 balls, supported by Andy Balbirnie 35 and Harry Tector’s 30 runs, as Ireland posted 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
In response, Shaheen Afridi led Pakistan’s bowling attack, taking 3 wickets while conceding 14 runs. Abbas Afridi and Mohammad Amir also contributed with 2 and 1 wicket respectively, as Imad Wasim also took 1 wicket.
Pakistan made one change in their lineup, with Hasan Ali making way for Hassan Ali in the final eleven.
The Pakistani team comprised Babar Azam, Saif Badar, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Azam Khan, Iftekhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim, Hassan Ali, Shaheen Afridi, Abbas Afridi, and Mohammad Amir.
Ireland made two changes for the final match, with Paul Stirling and Gareth Delany replaced by Ross Adair and Neil Rock.
