Army Released National Songs To Pay Homage To Martyrs, Heroes

Islamabad: The Pakistan Army Public Relations Department (ISPR) has released special national songs on the occasion of the 76th Independence Day which is being celebrated across the country today (August 14) with great enthusiasm. Small and big ceremonies are being organised in this regard today.

ISPR has shared two different songs on YouTube that have been sung by two different singers.

Yesterday, ISPR released a song titled ‘Jaan Ki Baat’ which singer Atif Aslam has hummed in his voice. The video shows how a brave soldier sacrifices his life while fighting terrorists, the parents, wife and sons of the martyred youth pay tribute to him.

This song has been dedicated to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the defense, freedom and prosperity of the country.

In the description box of the song, ISPR wrote that “Let’s keep their memory alive together and build a strong pledge to make a united and prosperous Pakistan.”

It further stated that August 14 is a shining symbol of unwavering commitment, patriotism, high professionalism, and great sacrifice, reminding our future generations to instil the determination to put the defense of the country before their own lives.

ISPR released another video on the occasion of Independence Day.

Singer Kamranullah Khan hums the song titled ‘To Jaan Watan’ in his voice.

In this song, the Pakistani nation’s deep love and connection with their homeland is emphasized, indicating that no matter what the circumstances are, the nation will always stand with its country.

In this song, the unity of the nation and the spirit of patriotism have been paid tribute to by those who have fought for the country’s freedom and a better future.

ISPR wrote, “Let us stand strong together as a nation, unite for our motherland and work together to build a harmonious future.”

ISPR has also released songs on various occasions to pay tribute to the soldiers of the Pakistan Army.

After the 2014 terrorist attack at the Army Public School in Peshawar, a special song was released by the Public Relations Department to pay homage to the martyred children.

Two songs were released by ISPR regarding the Peshawar tragedy which became very popular among the people.
