Islamabad: Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, condemned the Acting Consul General of Afghanistan for showing disrespect towards the national anthem of the host country, calling it a breach of diplomatic norms.

Responding to media inquiries regarding the Afghan envoy’s conduct at a recent event in Peshawar, Ms. Baloch announced that a formal protest is being lodged with Afghan authorities in both Islamabad and Kabul.
