No Threat to Bahria Town Properties; Legal Rights Protected: NAB

News Desk

Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad has assured Bahria Town residents and property owners that their legal rights, assets, and investments remain fully protected, despite misleading and malicious narratives being circulated by certain elements.

In a statement issued on Monday, a NAB spokesperson termed the rumors a “calculated and well-orchestrated conspiracy” aimed at pressuring lawful owners to sell their properties at deflated prices under false pretenses.

NAB said it considers the affected residents and property owners as victims of deception and fraud and pledged to make every possible effort to safeguard their rights and ensure justice. The Bureau stressed that its actions related to Bahria Town are strictly confined to the owners and their associated properties.

Reaffirming its commitment to independent legal proceedings, NAB stated that the process would continue without external influence until those involved comply with the law and return the misappropriated funds.

The Bureau urged residents to ignore any misleading information, remain calm, and report any suspicious activity or harassment attempts directly to NAB authorities.
