Gilgit: The Northern Areas Transport Corporation (NATCO) has launched an urban transport service aimed at enhancing convenience for the public and addressing their commuting challenges.

Responding to the increasing demand for a reliable and efficient transportation system, NATCO,  a government-owned transport company in Gilgit-Baltistan, has initiated the establishment of a comprehensive urban transport network within Gilgit.

This service aims to offer convenient and cost-effective transportation options to residents, commuters, and visitors, thereby facilitating smoother movement and reducing travel times.

The urban transport service will feature a modern fleet of buses operating on designated routes according to a fixed schedule.
