Mohsin Naqvi Elected Unopposed as PCB Chairman

Lahore: Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, the Caretaker Chief Minister, has been elected unopposed as the 37th chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for a three-year tenure.
The election, overseen by Election Commissioner Shah Khawar, took place during a special meeting of the Board of Governors (BoG) at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), Gaddafi Stadium on Tuesday.
Expressing his gratitude, the newly elected PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, while presiding over the BoG, stated, “I am deeply honored and humbled to have been unanimously elected as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board.”
“I am thankful for the trust and confidence vested in me. I am fully committed to elevating the standard of the game in the country and instilling professionalism in the administration of cricket in Pakistan, “he added.
