Moderate Rain Brings Relief to KP, Twin Cities

Islamabad: Moderate rainfall swept through various districts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Friday night, breaking a prolonged dry spell.
According to the Met Office, rain was reported in Peshawar, Nowshera, Khyber, Mardan, and Swabi, accompanied by a hailstorm in Peshawar. The rain has not only ended the drought but also significantly cooled temperatures, prompting residents to switch to warm clothing.
In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, the rainfall improved air quality and made the weather more pleasant, much to the relief of citizens struggling with high pollution levels.
