Over 10 children have been hospitalized at Sheikh Zayed Children’s Hospital due to measles, according to their relatives.

Professor Dr Dili Jan Baloch, a Pediatrician Specialist at Sheikh Zayed Children’s Hospital, noted that the hospital sees 8 to 10 children daily for various reasons, with 4 to 5 requiring admission.

He reassured that the necessary medical facilities and medicines provided by the Sindh government are abundantly available, ensuring effective treatment for the children.

Additionally, measles vaccination centers are operational through the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), including one at Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
