MDCAT Test Scandal: KMU Bans 219 Candidates For Unfair Means

Peshawar: Khyber Medical University (KMU) on Wednesday blacklisted at least 219 candidates for two academic years due to cheating in the MDCAT test
In response to a comprehensive report by the Education Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) KP regarding cheating and the use of unfair means (UFM) in the MDCAT test held on September 10, KMU Vice Chancellor has taken a decisive step by blacklisting 219 candidates for a two-year period.
These candidates are prohibited from participating in the MDCAT test as a consequence of their involvement in cheating, which notably included attempts to use unauthorized digital devices such as Bluetooth gadgets during the examination.
