‘May 9 Not Political Dissent, but Calculated Conspiracy’

Islamabad: Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif asserted on Friday that the breach of such crucial state installations cannot be rationalized as political dissent.

In an interview with a private news channel, he emphatically stated that the events of May 9 should not be interpreted as merely a political demonstration, but rather as a meticulously planned conspiracy.

He also criticized the political track record of the PTI founder, characterizing it as rife with inconsistencies. Asif emphasized his allegiance to Pakistan, stating that he is ready to sacrifice his life for the nation. “My commitment to Pakistan is unwavering; it defines my politics, my party, and my very existence,” he declared.
