May 31 Deadline Set for Eid Hide Collection NOCs in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi: The District Administration Rawalpindi has announced May 31 as the last date for submission of applications for non-objection certificates (NOCs) required for collecting sacrificial animal hides on Eid-ul-Azha.

According to a statement from the Directorate of Public Relations (DPR), all organizations and individuals intending to collect hides must obtain prior approval from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.

“No individual or group will be allowed to collect hides without a valid NOC,” the statement said, urging all concerned to ensure timely application to avoid legal action.

The NOC system is part of efforts to regulate hide collection activities and ensure transparency and order during Eid celebrations.
