Islamabad: A massive fire broke out at an air conditioner manufacturing factory in Model Town Humak, Islamabad on Thursday, prompting a large-scale emergency response. No casualties have been reported so far.

According to officials from the fire department, thick black smoke was seen billowing into the sky as the flames quickly engulfed significant portions of the facility. The fire prompted the immediate evacuation of nearby buildings as a precautionary measure, local news channels reported.

Multiple fire engines and emergency response teams were dispatched to the site to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to adjacent structures. The fire posed a serious challenge to the firefighting teams due to its intensity and the size of the facility.

However, swift action by the emergency teams brought the situation under partial control within a few hours.
