Man Flees After Strangling Wife in Bahawalpur

Bahawalpur: A nomadic man, whose family had recently migrated from Yazman tehsil to this area, committed a heinous act by strangulating his 24-year-old wife following a heated exchange of words.

The couple, embroiled in a domestic dispute, found themselves in a situation where emotions escalated to a dangerous level. Tragically, the man’s anger boiled over, resulting in the loss of a precious life.

Following the crime, the perpetrator fled the scene, evading accountability for his actions. However, the authorities responded, with the police arriving at the location upon receiving information.

The victim’s body was shifted to the hospital morgue for a postmortem examination and other legal formalities.
