Mainly Cold, Partly Cloudy Weather Expected in KP

Peshawar: The Provincial Meteorological Centre in Peshawar forecasted cold and partly cloudy weather across most districts of the province.

Anticipated dense fog is expected to affect Charsadda, Nowshera, Mardan, Peshawar, Swabi, and DI Khan districts, as well as the motorways (M1) and highways during morning and night hours. Travellers using these routes were advised to take necessary precautions.

Over the past 24 hours, the majority of the province experienced cold and dry weather. Rainfall measurements reported at various KPK stations remained at zero millimetres.

The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in centigrade at different stations of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa were:

The lowest temperatures recorded in the province were -04 °C in Kalam and -03 °C in the Tirah valley of Khyber district.
