Haripur: A devastating landslide in the Mohri area of Sarai Saleh, Haripur, has buried six homes, resulting in the death of several livestock and significant property damage, reported by a private news channel on Sunday.

The landslide, which has been ongoing for the past three days, has left multiple families homeless. Despite the critical situation, no assistance has yet been provided by the district administration, forcing the displaced families to live under the open sky.

Local residents, alerted by the sound of the landslide, managed to escape their collapsing homes, but their properties and belongings were completely destroyed.

Just two days earlier, another landslide in the same region had destroyed four homes, yet the district authorities have still not initiated any rescue operations.

The affected families are urgently appealing for government assistance, while local villagers have taken it upon themselves to continue relief efforts.
