Korean Chicken Paratha Roll Recipe

Islamabad: Make your meals exciting with this Korean Chicken Paratha Roll that’s bursting with bold, spicy, and sweet flavors! This fusion-style recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a party snack.

Ingredients

For Chicken

  • Chicken boneless (cubes) – 1 kg
  • Corn flour – ½ cup
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce – 1 tbsp

For Sauce

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1 cup
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – ½ tsp
  • Honey – ½ cup
  • Salt – ½ tsp

For Assembling

  • Paratha – as required
  • Mayonnaise – as required
  • Lettuce leaves – as required
  • Prepared Korean chicken – as required
  • Sesame seeds – as required

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, corn flour, red chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. Deep fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add ketchup, soy sauce, red chili flakes, sesame oil, honey, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Set aside.
  6. Take a paratha, spread mayonnaise, and place lettuce leaves on top. Drizzle a little more mayo.
  7. Add the prepared Korean chicken, sprinkle sesame seeds, and roll it up.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your Korean Chicken Paratha Roll!
