Islamabad: Make your meals exciting with this Korean Chicken Paratha Roll that’s bursting with bold, spicy, and sweet flavors! This fusion-style recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a party snack.
Ingredients
For Chicken
- Chicken boneless (cubes) – 1 kg
- Corn flour – ½ cup
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
For Sauce
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Ketchup – 1 cup
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil – ½ tsp
- Honey – ½ cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
For Assembling
- Paratha – as required
- Mayonnaise – as required
- Lettuce leaves – as required
- Prepared Korean chicken – as required
- Sesame seeds – as required
Directions
- In a bowl, add chicken, corn flour, red chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Deep fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ketchup, soy sauce, red chili flakes, sesame oil, honey, and salt. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Set aside.
- Take a paratha, spread mayonnaise, and place lettuce leaves on top. Drizzle a little more mayo.
- Add the prepared Korean chicken, sprinkle sesame seeds, and roll it up.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Korean Chicken Paratha Roll!
