Ingredients

-3 tbsp oil 500 g chicken mince
-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1 tbsp red chili powder
-½ tsp turmeric powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 tbsp chaat masala
For Keema Samosas:
-Samosa patti (as needed)
-Flour batter: ½ cup all-purpose flour + ½ cup water
-Prepared keema filling (as needed)
-Oil (for frying)
For Assembling:
-Yogurt (as needed)
-Prepared keema samosas (as needed) -Chopped tomatoes (as needed)
-Imli chutney (as needed)
-Boiled potato cubes (as needed)
-Boiled white chickpeas (as needed) -Green chutney (as needed)
-Chopped onion (as needed) -Pomegranate seeds (as needed)
-Chaat masala (as needed)
-Sev/Nimko (as needed)
Recipe
Prepare the Keema Filling:
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken mince. Cook until it changes color. Stir in the ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and chaat masala.
Cook until fully done, then set aside.
Prepare the Keema Samosas:
Take the samosa patti and brush it with flour batter.
Shape it into a samosa, fill it with the keema mixture, and seal it with the flour batter.
(Tip: You can freeze these in an airtight container for up to a month.)
Deep fry until crispy and golden brown, then set aside.
Assemble the Chaat:
On a serving platter, spread yogurt and place the crispy keema samosas on top. Add chopped tomatoes, imli chutney, boiled potatoes, chickpeas, green chutney, and onions.
