ISPR’s ‘Pak Sarzaminiyo’ Pays Tribute to Martyrs, Armed Forces

Rawalpindi: Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new national song titled “Pak Sarzaminiyo,” sung by renowned singer-songwriter Asrar.
According to ISPR, the song highlights the unity of Pakistan’s three armed forces—the Army, Navy, and Air Force—and their unwavering commitment to defending the homeland. It vividly portrays the role of the Armed Forces during the recent Marka-e-Haq.
Shot among sweeping sand dunes, the song features Asrar paying tribute to the country’s martyrs and soldiers guarding Pakistan’s borders. Blending themes of bravery, sacrifice, and national pride, the anthem lauds the professionalism, skill, and courage of the Armed Forces.
The song also praises the Pakistan Air Force and acknowledges the Pakistan Navy’s role in safeguarding the country’s maritime boundaries. Through powerful visuals and lyrics, ISPR pays homage to those who laid down their lives for the nation, reaffirming a pledge of loyalty and unity.
COAS witnesses field training exercise
Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, visited the Gujranwala and Sialkot Garrisons on Friday, where he witnessed a field training exercise and toured an advanced simulator training facility.
Upon arrival, the COAS & CDF was briefed on the formation’s operational readiness and key initiatives aimed at strengthening combat preparedness, said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
He lauded the formation’s high professional standards and overall state of readiness. Emphasizing the importance of technological adaptability, he noted that modern warfare demands agility, precision, situational awareness, and swift decision-making.
While interacting with officers and soldiers, the COAS & CDF appreciated their high morale and steadfast commitment to national security, underscoring the importance of rigorous, mission-oriented training.
He reiterated that the Pakistan Army remains fully focused on addressing both internal and external challenges, including hostile hybrid campaigns, extremist ideologies, and divisive elements seeking to undermine national stability.
Earlier, upon his arrival in Gujranwala, the COAS & CDF was received by the Corps Commander Gujranwala.
