IBA Showcases 87 Student-Led Ventures
Karachi:The IBA Centre for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) hosted its flagship I-Bazaar 2025 at the IBA Main Campus, transforming the football ground into a vibrant marketplace buzzing with student-led innovation and entrepreneurial energy.
The event drew more than 1,500 visitors — including faculty members, industry experts, alumni, families, and entrepreneurship enthusiasts — who explored projects and products developed by young founders from IBA and across Karachi.
This year’s edition featured 87 ventures, reflecting the growing trend of young Pakistanis launching startups even before completing their degrees. Six emerging businesses from the I-Incubate program also showcased their early-stage products and services, highlighting the pipeline of ventures currently being nurtured under the CED’s incubation initiatives.
Beyond the commercial showcase, I-Bazaar 2025 also focused on fostering community engagement. For the first time, the event included a pet show organized by the IBA Animal Welfare Society, attracting families and animal lovers to a lively section of the marketplace. Nearby, the IBA Music Society set a festive tone with a live jamming session that energized the campus grounds.
