Hotel Wall Collapses in Pindi Due to Heavy Rain, One Injured

Islamabad:  A hotel wall collapsed in the Mandi Morr area of Rawalpindi on Friday as heavy rain battered the city, resulting in one person being critically injured.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, the incident occurred during a period of intense rainfall, which caused widespread destruction and chaos throughout the region.

Emergency services, along with local authorities, swiftly responded to the scene to provide assistance and evacuate individuals trapped under the debris.

Rescue teams are currently working to ensure the safety of those affected by the incident.

Sargodha Receives Rain

Light to moderate rain accompanied by winds brought a pleasant change in the weather on Friday.

According to the meteorological department, additional rain is expected in the city.

The maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 26 degrees Celsius and 17 degrees Celsius, respectively.
