Hot, Humid Weather Forecast for Sindh

Karach: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecasted hot and very humid weather for most districts in Sindh over the next 24 hours.

Coastal areas may experience light rain, but the overall weather will remain hot and humid.

Meanwhile, The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) held its second Disaster Response Committee (DRC) meeting to review progress on monsoon preparations.

Chaired by Federal Minister for Housing and Works Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, the meeting included updates from various provincial and state agencies.

The committee discussed readiness for potential emergencies, including flood risks, and emphasized the need for coordinated disaster management. The NDMA urged provincial authorities to maintain vigilance and prepare for possible floods.
