Hot, Dry Weather Forecast for Sindh

Karachi: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry weather for most parts of the Sindh province over the next 24 hours. Mainly, hot and dry weather is expected to prevail across the province.

Meanwhile, Chief Meteorologist Dr. Sardar Sarfaraz of the Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecasted that dry weather will continue across Pakistan until November 9,  potentially delaying wheat and crop cultivation.

In an interview, he noted that while most regions would experience hot and dry conditions, hilly areas would face colder temperatures, with morning fog and smog affecting parts of Punjab.

Dr Sarfaraz highlighted that this October saw exceptionally high temperatures, surpassing previous records. He also predicted a significant temperature drop in the second week of November, which may impact seasonal agriculture and delay planting schedules.
