Islamabad: Lahore Qalandars’ pace bowler Haris Rauf has been ruled out of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 9 due to a shoulder injury sustained while fielding during the match against Karachi Kings last Saturday.

According to reports, Rauf’s dislocated shoulder may require 4 to 6 weeks for a full recovery, as stated by the team spokesperson.

Team Director Samin Rana expressed the significance of Rauf in their bowling attack, mentioning that his absence will be felt.

Rana emphasized the cautious approach, stating that they do not want to risk further injury to Rauf, considering him a valuable asset for Pakistan cricket.

It’s worth noting that Karachi Kings clinched victory in the recent match, winning by two wickets in a closely contested encounter. They successfully chased Lahore Qalandars’ target of 176 runs on the final ball of the match.
