Haris Rauf Cleared for Champions Trophy After Successful Rehab
News Desk
Islamabad: Haris Rauf, Pakistan’s right-arm fast bowler, has regained full fitness just days ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy.
Reports confirm that Rauf is now fit and ready to play in Pakistan’s opening match against New Zealand on February 19 in Karachi.
The pacer had been sidelined due to a lower chest muscle strain he sustained during the first match of the recent tri-nation tournament.
According to sources, Rauf’s recovery has been attributed to the rest period recommended following his injury in the tri-series.
