Hania Aamir Denies Fake Statement on Pahalgam Tragedy

News Desk

Islamabad: Hania Aamir, the popular Pakistani actress, has swiftly responded to a fabricated statement falsely attributed to her regarding the tragic Pahalgam incident. The misleading statement absurdly accuses the Pakistan Army of causing the tragedy and also criticizes the ban on Pakistani artists in India.

The fake claim reads: “Due to General Asim Munir’s actions in Kashmir, the entire Pakistani entertainment industry has been banned in India, and even social media accounts are being restricted. I respectfully urge Prime Minister Modi to understand that we, the ordinary people of Pakistan, have done no wrong to India.”

In light of this serious misrepresentation, Hania took to social media to clarify her stance. She stated, “A statement has recently been falsely attributed to me and is circulating widely on social media. I want to make it clear that I did not make this statement, nor do I endorse or align with the sentiments being wrongly linked to me.

It is completely fabricated and does not reflect my views or beliefs. This is a sensitive and heartbreaking time, and my heart goes out to the innocent lives lost and the families affected by this tragedy. Such pain is real and deserves empathy, not politicization.

The actions of extremists should not be seen as representative of an entire nation or its people. Blaming without evidence only deepens divisions and distracts from the need for compassion, justice, and healing. I remain committed to spreading positivity and respect in all that I do.”
