Gulshan-e-Iqbal Introduces User-Friendly Complaint App

Karachi: Chairman Dr Fawad Ahmed of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town announced the launch of a new complaint app aimed at addressing local government issues efficiently.

Speaking at a meeting convened to discuss the mobile application, he emphasized the significance of leveraging e-technology to tackle community problems effectively.

Dr. Ahmed highlighted that the app enables residents to easily report issues and receive prompt updates on their status once resolved

 He underscored the app’s role in gauging the administration’s performance, noting that a decrease in complaints would signal progress for Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town.

Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town stands out as the first to introduce such a tool, demonstrating a commitment to improving services for its residents.

During the meeting, Director of IT, Azim Haider, provided a detailed briefing on the functionality of the complaints app.
