Makkah: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched a range of high-tech services to facilitate Umrah pilgrims.

These innovations aim to make the pilgrimage smoother and safer for millions of visitors, helping them focus on their spiritual practices.

One notable development is a multi-language interactive map that guides pilgrims through the vast mosque complex.

This tool provides precise directions to facilities such as restrooms, health centers, Zamzam water points, and essential services, easing navigation for international visitors.

Additionally, the authority has introduced children’s bracelets, available at the Ajyad and King Fahd Gates. These bracelets, containing parental contact information, help reunite lost children with their families quickly, adding a layer of safety for families visiting the mosque.

These measures reflect the authority’s commitment to integrating technology with tradition, ensuring a safer, easier, and more inclusive pilgrimage experience.
