Gold Rates Surge by Rs1,000 to Rs 273,600 per Tola

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,000 per tola, reaching Rs 273,600 on Wednesday, compared to Rs 272,600 on the previous trading day, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs.857, trading at Rs.234,568 against the previous rate of Rs 233,711. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose to Rs 215,021.

Silver rates remained unchanged, with per tola and 10-gram prices steady at Rs 3,350 and Rs 2,872.08, respectively.

In the international market, the gold price climbed by $10, reaching $2,624 per ounce, up from $2,614, according to the Association.
