Gold Rates Rise by Rs1,200 to Rs257,700 per Tola

Islamabad: The price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs1,200 today, reaching Rs257,700 per tola in the local market.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw a rise of Rs1,029, trading at Rs220,936. Meanwhile, the price of 22 karat gold was recorded at Rs202,525, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The price of silver remained unchanged, with per tola silver priced at Rs2,850 and 10 grams of silver at Rs2,443.41.

In the international market, gold prices increased by $19, reaching $2,458 compared to the previous day’s rate of $2,439.
