Gold Rates Increase by Rs 1,700 per Tola

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs. 1,700, reaching Rs. 268,000 on Monday, up from Rs. 266,300 on the last trading day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 1,458, bringing it to Rs. 229,767 from Rs. 228,309. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold also saw an uptick, with the price rising to Rs. 210,620 from Rs. 209,283, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The price of silver remained stable, with per tola and 10 grams standing at Rs. 2,950 and Rs. 2,529.14, respectively.

On the international front, the price of gold increased by $10, rising to $2,587 from $2,577, according to the Association.
