Gold Rates Drop by Rs 700 Per Tola to Rs 275,500

Islamabad: The price of 24 karat gold per tola fell by Rs 700, settling at Rs 275,500 on Saturday, down from Rs 276,200 on the previous trading day, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs 600, now priced at Rs 236,197, compared to Rs 236,796. The price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold also declined, falling to Rs 216,514 from Rs. 217,064.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remained steady, with per tola and 10 grams of silver priced at Rs 3,050 and Rs 2,614.88, respectively.

On the international market, gold prices dropped by $7, with the price per ounce falling from $2,660 to $2,653, the Association reported.
