Gold Prices Spike By Rs 2400 Per Tola In Local Market

Islamabad: The price of 24 karat gold per tola increased by Rs 2,400, reaching Rs 257,300 on Friday, up from Rs 254,900 on the previous trading day.

According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams (g) of 24 karat gold also rose by Rs 2,057, selling at Rs 220,593 compared to Rs 218,536. Similarly, the price of 10g  of 22 karat gold increased to Rs 202,210 from Rs 200,324.

Meanwhile, the prices of per tola and 10g of silver remained unchanged at Rs 2,900 and Rs 2,486.28, respectively.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $26, rising to $2,458 from $2,432.
