Gold Prices Rise by Rs 2,300 Per Tola

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs 2,300, reaching Rs 288,700 on Wednesday, compared to its previous rate of Rs 286,400, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs 1,972, settling at Rs 247,513 from Rs 245,541, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed to Rs 226,895 from Rs 225,087.

Silver prices also saw an upward trend, with per tola silver rising by Rs 28 to Rs 3,391, and 10 grams of silver increasing by Rs 24 to Rs 2,907.

In the international market, gold prices surged by $22, reaching $2,763 from the previous $2,741, the Association reported.
