Gold Price Plunges Rs25,500 to Rs511,862 per Tola

Islamabad: Gold prices in the local market fell sharply on Saturday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropping by Rs25,500 to Rs511,862, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also declined by Rs21,862 to Rs438,839, while the rate of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs20,041 to Rs402,283.

In the international market, gold prices fell by $255 to $4,895 per ounce.

Silver prices also witnessed a significant drop. The price of silver per tola fell by Rs2,063 to Rs9,006, while 10 grams of silver declined by Rs1,768 to Rs7,721.

Globally, silver prices slipped by $10.63 to $85.31 per ounce.
