Gold Dips to Rs.306,300 Per Tola in Pakistan

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs.2,400, settling at Rs.306,300 on Monday, compared to its previous rate of Rs.308,700, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs.2,058, reaching Rs.262,602 from Rs.264,660, while the rate of 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined by Rs.1,886, selling at Rs.240,727 from Rs.243,613.
Silver prices also witnessed a decline, with per tola silver falling by Rs.36 to Rs.3,314, and 10 grams decreasing by Rs.31 to Rs.2,841.
On the international front, gold prices dipped by $24, trading at $2,916 compared to the previous rate of $2,940. Meanwhile, silver prices in the global market dropped by $0.41 to $31.79.
