Gaza Ceasefire Talks Advance as Hamas, Qatar Return

Islamabad: The parties have made advancements in the ongoing Gaza ceasefire talks in Cairo.
Reports from a foreign news agency indicate that delegations from Hamas and Qatar have temporarily left Cairo but are expected to return within two days to finalize the agreement terms.
Consultations on the ceasefire negotiations are set to continue during this period. Mediation efforts involving Qatar, Egypt, and the United States are ongoing.
Arab media sources report a new round of negotiations in Cairo, where CIA chief William Burns and Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed have arrived.
Both Hamas and Israel have confirmed their delegations’ participation. Egyptian sources suggest the possibility of a ceasefire coinciding with Eid.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has reiterated his stance, stating that there will be no ceasefire until the return of prisoners.
Netanyahu’s statement comes amid escalating protests against him across the country, with thousands of Israeli citizens participating.
